All items are shipped through USPS within 3-5 business days of the order. All items listed on the website are ready to ship unless otherwise specified (rings finished in your size require more time). Custom orders are subject to the terms in that individual listing. All orders and items come with a tracking number that will be automatically sent to your email once it has shipped. Please make sure to check your spam and junk folder for tracking and order related emails. I am not responsible for lost packages after USPS receives them. Reach out if you have issues with packages not arriving. Please check your mailing address prior to checkout as we are not liable for address mistakes. You are responsible for entering the correct mailing address. If you would like to purchase shipping with insurance that option is available through checkout directly through USPS.

These items, as stated in the listings, will not ship until the week of December 18 arriving in time before December 25th.
PayPal
Per PayPal's conditions, if your order is over $750, a signature will be required for delivery.
Lost packages must be reported to your local USPS as soon as possible. You will also need to report your package missing online. Instructions for this form are in the link: https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/ then submit your tracking number and click the start button under the heading “Having an issue related to this tracking number?“ Out West Silver is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
All sales are final.

Care
Sterling silver naturally tarnishes overtime due to water and exposure to skin oils. I recommend never showering or swimming with your items on. Keep your items in a sealed bag or jewelry box when not being warn in order to shield them from humidity which causes additional tarnish. Polishing clothes are inexpensive and are an easy way to quickly bring your item back to its original shiny condition. Stones are natural therefore I recommend never bringing them in contact with any harsh chemicals or soaps. This can cause them to discolor or stain.
Sizing
Ring sizers are inexpensive and assure you get your ring in the correct size. I am not responsible if you order the incorrect size. Bracelet measurements should also be taken into consideration prior to ordering.
Business Hours
Out West Silver Co. is ran by one woman. Email and social media correspondence will be Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Any inquiries outside of those hours will be responded to the next business day.
